Overview

Member Scan connects your Clover device built-in barcode scanner to any text field on screen. Scan member ID cards to look up customers instantly, or use the scanner anywhere you can type.

How It Works

  1. Install Member Scan from the Clover App Market
  2. Open the app and tap Enable Member Scan
  3. Turn on Member Scan in Accessibility settings
  4. Tap into any text field and scan - the barcode text appears instantly

Requirements

Member Scan works on Clover Station, Flex, and Flex Pocket devices. Member numbers must already be stored in the customer note field for the Customers app lookup to work.
