Tip Out Calculator makes it easy to split tips fairly among staff based on sales by category. Select an employee shift, and the app calculates tip out amounts based on your configured percentages per printer label category.

How It Works

  1. Install Tip Out Calculator from the Clover App Market
  2. Configure your tip out categories and percentages in Settings
  3. At the end of a shift, open the app - it detects the current employee
  4. Select the shift and view the tip out breakdown by category
  5. Print the report for your records

Requirements

Tip Out Calculator works on Clover Station, Flex, and Flex Pocket devices. Requires printer labels to be configured on your Clover inventory items for category-based calculations.
