Next Rev Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Next Rev Distribution, Inc. ("Next Rev", "we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes personal data in connection with our products and services.

This Privacy Policy applies to all Next Rev products and services, including:

• Member Link - Clover POS app for merchants with private memberships that identifies members at the point of sale and links them to orders
• Tip Out Calculator - Clover POS app for calculating shift tip distributions

By using any Next Rev product or service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Member Link

Member Link runs on your Clover device and accesses Clover merchant data to identify members and link them to orders. It does not send data to any Next Rev servers.

• Reads customer records and metadata notes via the Clover REST API to build a local member-number dictionary
• Reads order state from Clover to check if a customer is already attached before assigning a new one
• Writes orders to attach or remove members and to open new orders on behalf of scanned members
• Reads the merchant's tables and order-type configuration to keep table names in sync with seated members and to create new orders with the correct order type
• All data access is limited to the Clover permissions: Customers Read, Orders Read, Orders Write, Merchant Read, Merchant Write
• Does not store any data on external servers — the member-number dictionary is cached locally on the device
• Does not transmit data to Next Rev or any third party

2.2 Tip Out Calculator

Tip Out Calculator runs on your Clover device and accesses Clover merchant data to perform tip calculations. It does not send data to any Next Rev servers.

• Accesses employee and shift data via the Clover REST API to determine shift time ranges
• Reads order and line item data from your Clover device to calculate sales by category
• Reads inventory and printer label data to map items to tip out categories
• All data access is read-only and limited to the Clover permissions: EMPLOYEES_R, ORDERS_R, INVENTORY_R
• Does not store any data on external servers - all processing happens on the device
• Category configuration is stored locally on the device in app preferences
• Does not transmit data to Next Rev or any third party

2.3 Technical and Usage Data

Our device-only apps do not collect technical or usage data. Clover may independently collect device diagnostics as part of the Clover operating system, which is governed by Clover's own privacy policy.

3. How We Use Your Information

Our current apps (Member Link and Tip Out Calculator) access Clover merchant data on the device to provide their functionality but do not collect, store, or process any data on Next Rev servers. There is no data sent to Next Rev to use, share, or process.

If we release future products that collect data, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly before those products are made available.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not share any personal data because our current apps do not collect any. Specifically:

• We do not sell personal information
• We do not share data with advertisers
• We do not use analytics or tracking services
• We do not transmit data to any third-party servers

5. Data Storage and Security

Our current apps do not store any data on external servers. All app functionality runs locally on your Clover device. No accounts are required and no data leaves the device.

6. Your Rights and Choices

Since our apps do not collect personal data, there is no personal data to access, correct, delete, or export. You may uninstall any Next Rev app at any time through the Clover App Market.

7. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Because our current apps do not collect personal information, these rights are not applicable. We do not sell personal information.

8. Children's Privacy

Our apps are designed for business use on Clover POS devices and are not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy on this page with a new "Last Updated" date.
