This Privacy Policy applies to all Next Rev products and services, including:

• Member Link Web Dashboard (memberlink.club) - Web-based membership management application for merchants
• Member Link Android App - Clover POS application for barcode scanning and member assignment

By using any Next Rev product or service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Merchant Account Information

When you connect Member Link to your Clover merchant account, we collect:

• Clover OAuth Credentials: Access tokens and refresh tokens that allow Member Link to communicate with your Clover account
• Merchant Identification: Your Clover merchant UUID and merchant name
• Authentication Data: Information used to verify your identity when accessing Member Link services

2.2 Member Data

When you use Member Link to manage memberships, we collect and store member information including:

• Personal Identifiers: Member numbers, first name, last name
• Contact Information: Email address, phone number, mailing address (street, city, state, ZIP code)
• Membership Details: Join date, renewal date, expiration date, membership type, membership status
• Additional Information: Date of birth, license information (if applicable)
• Clover Integration Data: Clover customer IDs that link members to your Clover customer records

2.3 Order and Transaction Data

IMPORTANT: To provide Member Link's membership tracking and renewal features, we collect and store all order data from your Clover merchant account. This includes:

• Order Details: Order IDs, timestamps, order status, and order totals
• Line Items: Items purchased, quantities, and prices
• Customer Assignments: Which customers are associated with each order
• Membership-Related Purchases: Renewal items, membership packages, and related transactions

This order data collection is required for Member Link to function properly. Our system polls your Clover orders regularly to detect membership renewals and track member activity.

2.4 Inventory Data

We access your Clover inventory to:

• Retrieve membership package and renewal item details (names, prices)
• Create and sync membership packages you define in the Member Link dashboard

2.5 Technical and Usage Data

We automatically collect:

• Device Information: Device type, operating system, and app version (for the Android app)
• Usage Data: Features accessed, actions taken, and timestamps
• Log Data: Error logs, performance data, and diagnostic information

3. How We Use Your Information

3.1 Providing Member Link Services

We use your information to:

• Synchronize member data between Member Link and your Clover POS system
• Enable barcode scanning and member lookup on Clover devices
• Track membership status, expiration dates, and renewal history
• Process automatic membership renewals when renewal items are purchased
• Assign customers to orders when members check in via barcode
• Display membership and order information in the Member Link dashboard

3.2 Order Data Processing

We use your order data to:

• Detect when membership renewal items are purchased
• Automatically extend member expiration dates based on purchases
• Track member purchase activity and history
• Provide reporting and analytics on membership activity

3.3 Service Operations

We also use your information to:

• Maintain, improve, and optimize our services
• Respond to your requests and provide customer support

4. How We Share Your Information

4.1 Clover Integration

Member Link integrates with Clover POS systems. Data flows between Member Link and Clover include:

• To Clover: Customer records created or updated in Member Link are synchronized to your Clover customer database
• From Clover: Customer data, order data, inventory data, and merchant information are retrieved from your Clover account

4.2 Service Providers

We use third-party service providers to help operate our services:

• Google Cloud Platform: Cloud hosting, data storage, and computing services (data stored in US regions)
• PostgreSQL Database: Secure storage of member and merchant data

4.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information when required by law, such as:

• To comply with legal process, court orders, or government requests
• To protect the rights, property, or safety of Next Rev, our users, or the public
• To enforce our Terms of Service

4.4 Business Transfers

If Next Rev is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5. Data Storage and Security

5.1 Where We Store Data

Your data is stored on Google Cloud Platform servers located in the United States (us-east1 region).

5.2 How Long We Keep Data

• Active Accounts: We retain your data for as long as your Member Link account is active
• After Termination: Upon account termination, we will delete your data within 90 days, unless retention is required by law
• Backup Retention: Backup copies may be retained for up to 30 additional days for disaster recovery purposes

5.3 Security Measures

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data:

• Encryption of data in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
• Secure OAuth token storage and handling
• JWT-based authentication with automatic expiration
• Role-based access controls
• Regular security monitoring and updates

6. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: Request access to the personal data we hold about you
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data

6.1 Data Export

You may export your member data at any time through the Member Link dashboard.

6.2 Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your Member Link account and associated data by contacting us. Note that this will permanently remove all member data stored in Member Link (your Clover customer data will remain in Clover).

7. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

• Right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose
• Right to request deletion of your personal information
• Right to opt-out of the sale of personal information (Note: We do not sell personal information)
• Right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights

8. Children's Privacy

Member Link is designed for business use and is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by:

• Posting the updated Privacy Policy on this page with a new "Last Updated" date
• Sending an email notification to the address associated with your account (for material changes)
