Terminal Settlement Report
Per-shift cash drawer reconciliation for bartenders on Clover
Overview
Terminal Settlement Report produces an end-of-shift cash drawer reconciliation receipt for the bartender on your Clover Station Solo. The bartender taps Generate, the app pulls the shift bounds from Clover Shifts, computes the expected cash in the drawer, and prints a paper receipt for the cash bag.
Key Features
- Per-Bartender, Per-Shift: One settlement receipt per bartender per shift — works for mid-day shift changes
- Cash and Credit Sales Totaled Separately: Distinct CASH and CREDIT sections on the printed receipt
- Itemized Cash Drawer Adjustments: Every tip payout to a server, every server cash settlement, listed with the bartender's note and amount
- Expected Drawer Total: Starting bank + cash sales − cash adjustments − card tips owed = expected cash in the drawer
- Auto-Filled Date Range: Pulls the bartender's most recent clock-in / clock-out from Clover Shifts
- Print Support: Prints directly from the Clover Station Solo's built-in receipt printer
How It Works
- Install Terminal Settlement Report from the Clover App Market
- Bartender clocks in via Clover Shifts and works their shift
- Cash drawer adjustments (starting bank, tip pay-outs, server cash settlements) are logged via the Cash Log app during the shift
- At end of shift, the bartender opens Terminal Settlement Report — date range is pre-filled from Clover Shifts
- Tap Generate, then Print, and place the receipt in the cash bag with the counted cash
