Open Member Order

  1. Open the MemberLink app from the home screen
  2. Scan the member ID card, or type the member's name or number and tap Search
  3. Tap the member from the search results
  4. Verify membership status is active
  5. Tap New OrderClover Dining opens and the new order appears at the top of the Bar Tab with the member's name
  6. Tap the order to open it
  7. Enter the guest count and tap Save
  8. If serving at a table, move the order to the seated table. Steps vary by device:

    • On Station: tap Move Order to An Available Table → tap the table number. The table turns blue once seated. Tap the blue table again to open the order.
    • On Flex: tap the green dollar square (top left) → three dots (bottom right) → Move Order → tap the table number → tap the blue row to open the order.

    If serving at the bar, skip this step — the order stays on the Bar Tab.

  9. Proceed with taking the order — go to Updating Orders → Add & Remove Items

Don't leave the order empty

Add at least one item before navigating away. Clover Dining auto-deletes orders that have no items on them.
