Coursing & Firing

Inventory items are preconfigured to fire to the correct printer. Firing an order sends each item to its assigned printer.

Fire All

Add all items for the current round first (for example, the first round of drinks), then fire the order.

• On Station: the Fire All button appears in the bottom left under the order summary.
• On Flex: tap the green pay box → tap Fire All (bottom left).

Manual Coursing

After the first round is fired, return later to add the next round (for example, dinner after drinks). Tap Fire All again — only the newly added items fire.

Refire or reprint an item

A manual refire can be triggered at any time for any item — useful when an item needs to be reprinted or modified.

• On Station: open the order → tap three dots in the bottom menu → tap Refire to Kitchen.
• On Flex: open the order → tap the green pay box → tap three dots (bottom right) → tap Refire to Kitchen.

The refire screen pre-checks only items that have not been fired yet. To refire an already-fired item, check its box manually, then tap Print (bottom right).
