Moving Items

Items may need to be moved from one guest to another, or from the whole table to one guest.

Prerequisite

An order must be open on screen.

• Continuing from another workflow: the order is already open — continue below.
• Returning to an existing order: find it on the Tables tab or Bar Tab and tap to open.

On Station

1. In the order summary on the left, find the guest with the item → tap three dots for that guest row → tap Move Items
2. On the left, check the box for the item being moved
3. In the center, choose the destination — whole table or a different guest

On Flex

1. Tap the green pay button to open the order summary
2. Find the guest with the item → tap three dots for that guest row → tap Move Items
3. Check the box for the item being moved
4. Select the destination guest from the choices below
