Reassign Member

Assign or unassign a member to an order that has already been created.

Prerequisite

An order must be open on screen.

  • Continuing from another workflow: the order is already open — continue below.
  • Returning to an existing order: find it on the Tables tab or Bar Tab and tap to open.

Navigate to the order payment screen:

  • On Station: from the main order screen, tap the green pay button below the order summary.
  • On Flex: tap the green pay button in the top left → tap Pay.

Once on the payment screen, tap the MemberLink button at the bottom. MemberLink opens and shows any member currently assigned to the order.

Assign a member

  1. Search for the member's name or number, or scan the membership ID card
  2. Tap the member in the search results → tap Assign

Unassign a member

Tap the red X on the member chip → tap Unassign.

Return to the order

Tap Done in the top right to return to the payment screen, then tap the back arrow in the bottom navigation menu to return to the order. The member assignment is preserved.
