Tip Adjustment

Record tips that customers handwrite on their printed credit-card receipts.

Prerequisite

The order must be closed with at least one credit payment, and the guest must have written the tip on the printed receipt.

1. Note the Transaction number on the printed receipt where the guest wrote the tip
2. From the home screen, launch the Tips app
3. Find the row where Trans # matches the transaction number on the receipt
4. Tap the row — a keypad opens for the tip amount
5. Enter the tip — the Total auto-calculates from Subtotal + Tip
6. Tap Done (top right on Flex, bottom left on Station)

The tip is recorded. The Tips app stays open to enter more tips.
