Drink Chips

Issue a drink chip

1. From the DRINK CHIP menu category, add the drink chip item to the order
2. The price is variable — type the amount of the drink chip
3. Write the value of the drink chip on the sticker

Redeem a drink chip

The value of a drink chip must be applied to the order manually, using the Drink Chip custom tender.

Warning

Only apply a drink chip at checkout, as payment is being taken.

If the order is only for the one drink

1. On the payment screen, at the bottom under Other, select Drink Chip to pay for the order in full

If the drink chip does not cover the full order balance

1. Tap the green Pay button → on the payment screen, tap Split Custom Amount at the top
2. Select Custom → type the amount of the drink chip to pay the order down by that amount → tap Pay
3. At the bottom under Other, select Drink Chip
4. The remaining balance shows → tap Next Payment → pay for the remainder of the order
